INHALE gets technical advice on air monitors & maps

The INHALE project coordinators get familiar with the technical details of air monitoring devices and how to turn air quality data into usable maps for the public.

Meeting with advisors in Hamilton

INHALE Project Coordinators Lynda and Heather met with key advisors in Hamilton this week to learn more about collecting air quality data and strategies for effective data mapping!

The chair of Clean Air Hamilton, Denis Corr, is providing us with expert guidance on all things air monitoring. In this meeting, we learned a bit more about some of the strengths and weaknesses of air monitoring equipment. Kevin Worthington, a Masters student from Ryerson University, is assisting us with data analysis and programming the interactive air quality map we will use.
